<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition that does not use vulcanization accelerator DPG whose toxicity is feared and has a level of a vulcanization rate and rubber properties equivalent to or better than before, and a pneumatic tire using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition is used, which contains 30-120 pts.mass of silica, 0.1-7.0 pts.mass of a sulfene amide-based vulcanization accelerator, and 0.3-2.0 pts.mass of 1,6-bis(N,N'-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)hexane relative to 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber component, contains 5-15 mass% of a silane coupling agent relative to the silica, and does not contain diphenyl guanidine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
