A double-action single-stage traveling wave thermoacoustic system having at least three basic units. Each basic unit comprises a linear motor (1) and a thermoacoustic conversion device (2). The linear motor (1) comprises a cylinder (11) and a piston (12), the piston (12) being able to make linear reciprocating motion in the cylinder (11). The thermoacoustic conversion device (2) comprises a first heat exchanger (21), a heat regenerator (22), a second heat exchanger (23), a thermal buffer tube (24), and a third heat exchanger (25), all communicated in sequence. The first heat exchanger and the third heat exchanger of each thermoacoustic conversion device are respectively communicated with cylinder chambers of different linear motors, forming a loop structure for gaseous working medium flow. The double-action single-stage traveling wave thermoacoustic system has the thermal buffer tubes and the third heat exchangers, and makes the temperature of the gaseous working medium fed back into the cylinder chamber of another linear motor close to the room temperature, thereby ensuring that the piston and the cylinder operate at the room temperature, and reducing the manufacturing cost of the double-action single-stage traveling wave thermoacoustic system and enhancing the lifetime thereof. |
