<p>The present invention is a semiconductor processing device (10) comprising: an arithmetic processing circuit (1), a digital/analog converter (2), an output control circuit (3), at least one output port circuit (4), a connection control circuit (5), and an output switching circuit (6). The output port circuit (4) comprises an output buffer (41), a first switching element (SW1), and second switching elements (SW2, SW3). The output port circuit (4) controls the ON resistance of a P-channel MOS transistor (41a) and an N-channel MOS transistor (41b) on the basis of a signal amplified in an output amplifier (42) when the second switching elements (SW2, SW3) are connected to the output amplifier (42) side, and outputs an analog signal from the output buffer (41).</p> |
