Provided is a solid-state image capturing device comprising a phase difference AF function and a monocular 3D imaging function, wherein a signal of each pixel can be appropriately read out. A pixel pair (25) is provided with a first pixel reading transistor (40), a second pixel reading transistor (41), a charge accumulation unit (42), a reset transistor (43), an amplifier transistor (44), and a row selection transistor (45). The first pixel reading transistor (40) reads out a signal charge of a first pixel (21). The second pixel reading transistor (41) reads out a signal charge of a second pixel (22). The charge accumulation unit (42) temporarily accumulates the signal charge read from each pixel. The reset transistor (43) resets the charge accumulation unit (42). The amplifier transistor (44) converts the signal charges accumulated in the charge accumulation unit (42) to signal voltages, and outputs the signal voltages. The row selection transistor (45) selects a row from which the signal voltage is transferred to a vertical signal line (50).
