<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display device with high operation performance and high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: An EL display device includes: a first TFT including a first channel formation region, a first source region, a first drain region, a gate insulation film, and a first gate electrode; a second TFT including a second channel formation region, a second source region, a second drain region, a gate insulation film, and a second gate electrode; a first insulation film provided on the first TFT and the second TFT; a source wire connected to one of the first source region and the first drain region; a first drain wire connected to the other of the first source region and the first drain region and connected to the second gate electrode; a second drain wire provided on the first insulation film and connected to one of the second source region and the second drain region; and a current supply line provided on the first insulation film and connected to the other of the second source region and the second drain region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
