<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device by which a main power supply for an information processing device and a peripheral device is turned on and off in block with safety, ease, and certainty by a simple configuration, and to provide an information processing system and a video conference system having the power supply control device. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply control device (50) has: a detection module (52) detecting a power supplying state from a power supply tap (40) that is disconnected and connected by a batch switch (42) to a monitor (118) with a loudspeaker, a DVD player (120), and a switching hub (122); a light-emitting module (56) that can transmit an optical signal; and a control module (54) making the light-emitting module (56) transmit an activation command and a stop command to a video conference device (110) connected with the monitor (118) with a loudspeaker, the DVD player (120), and the switching hub (122) as the optical signal, depending on the power supplying state detected by the detection module (52). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
