PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3D display device of time division system in which variation of durability is reduced, and a 3D display system of time division system thereof.

SOLUTION: The 3D display device includes at least a first polarization film arranged at a visible side, and a protection member arranged on a surface at the visible side of the first polarization film and having a λ/4 function. The protection member at least contains a first film having moisture permeability of 100 g/m2/day or less at 40°C 90% RH. The first film is preferably a cyclic olefin based film and may have the λ/4 function.
