<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an N-nitrosoaniline derivative capable of positionally and temporally controlling generation of peroxynitrite (ONOO<SP POS="POST">-</SP>) by ultraviolet irradiation, a highly reactive ROS generating agent using the N-nitrosoaniline derivative, and a method for generating the highly reactive ROS. <P>SOLUTION: The N-nitrosoaniline derivative is represented by structural formula (a). In the formula: R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>may be the same or different mutually and are each a hydrogen or an alkyl group; and R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>is one of an alkyl group, a carboxylic acid group, a carboxylic acid ester group, and a carboxylic acid amide group; provided that the case wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>=R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>=R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>=methyl group and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>=R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>=hydrogen and the case wherein R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>=methyl group and R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>=R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>=R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>=R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>=hydrogen are excluded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
