<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization system sufficiently securing a heat quantity required for a preliminary heater, and surely heating a processing object even when using a heat pump as a heat source. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilization system includes a processing object supply path 120 supplying the processing object 102, the preliminary heater 130 preliminarily heating the supplied processing object, a joule heater 140 sterilizing the processing object through self-heating by energizing the processing object after preliminarily heating, a cooler 150 cooling the processing object after sterilization, a processing object sending path 160 sending out the processing object after cooling to a next process, and a heat pump 170 absorbing heat from the cooler and radiating heat with the preliminary heater. Furthermore, the system includes dividing into a plurality of paths, a preliminary heating path 132 which is installed in the preliminary heater, and connected to the processing object supply path to allow the processing object pass through the preliminary heater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
