<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based graft polymer high in moldability, water resistance and oil resistance, excellent in affinity, adhesivity and compatibility with dissimilar materials, in addition, small in environmental load. <P>SOLUTION: This propylene-based graft polymer (S) is obtained by grafting a monomer component (Q) containing one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, vinyl cyanide-based monomer, alkyl (meth)acrylate and monomers copolymerizable with these, to an acid-modified propylene-based polymer (P), where the acid-modified propylene-based polymer (P) contains a first acid-modified propylene-based polymer (A) having a propylene unit and an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit or unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit, and having 10-65 mgKOH/g acid value, 120-150°C melting point, 30-60% crystallinity and 2,000-30,000 mass-average molecular weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
