<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which prevents an optical element from being damaged due to adherence of dust occurring in a sliding portion in the device. <P>SOLUTION: A laser device includes: a semiconductor laser 10 emitting excitation light L1; a laser output part 20 into which the excitation light L1 enters and emitting outgoing light L4 generated from the excitation light L1; a holder 30 supporting at least any of optical elements forming the laser output part 20 and having a metal sliding portion; and an attraction device 40 which is disposed near the sliding portion of the holder 30, has ferromagnetism, and attracts metal pieces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
