<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in quality due to welding. <P>SOLUTION: While a second higher harmonics (Lo) is measured so as to cancel a position shift predicted that a lens holder (4) shifts in position along the optical axis of a fundamental wave when the lens holder (4) is welded to a holder (7) for XY adjustment, the lens holder (4) is offset along the optical axis of the fundamental wave. The lens holder (4) is welded to the holder (7) for XY adjustment thereafter. While the second higher harmonics (Lo) is measured, the lens holder (4) is offset along the optical axis of the fundamental wave, so that the lens holder can be suitably offset by matching respective individual products before welding, thereby suppressing the decrease in quality due to the welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
