The invention provides a method, device and system for protecting multimedia data of a multimedia message. By performing digital watermark encryption processing on the multimedia data in the multimedia message at a sending party of the multimedia message, and performing digital watermark decryption processing on the multimedia data in the multimedia message at a receiving party of the multimedia message, the encryption protection for multimedia data in the multimedia message is strengthened. Thus the protection for intellectual property of the terminal users is realized, and the protection level and capacity for intellectual property of the terminal users is improved. |
