The present invention relates to a nasogastric tube for training to swallow, and a method for training to swallow using same. The nasogastric tube for training to swallow using a balloon, according to the present invention, is inserted into a stomach through a patient's nose via the esophagus, and is characterized by comprising: a hollow tube body supplying foods through an inside thereof; a balloon which surrounds a peripheral surface of the tube body and is expandable and shrinkable according to the injection of a fluid therein; and a hollow injection tube formed along the tube body to allow the fluid to be injected and discharged into the balloon.
