<p>The present invention relates to a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface of a backing, wherein: the pressure sensitive adhesive layer has a two-layer configuration of a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer, in order from the backing; the first pressure sensitive adhesive that configures the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer has a loss tangent (tan d) value at 0°C of 0.25 or more, and a storage modulus value at 0°C of 0.01 - 0.80 MPa; and the resin component contained in the second pressure sensitive adhesive that configures the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer contains 10 - 100 mass% of an acrylic copolymer having cross-linking functional groups. This pressure sensitive adhesive sheet has excellent adhesive strength even when the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is made thin.</p>
