PURPOSE: A friction gearing continuously variable automatic transmission is provided to continuously change gear by sliding main shafts and turning counter rotors. CONSTITUTION: An input disk rotor(120) is arranged within housing(110) of cylindrical shape. A main shaft(140) is inserted though the shaft center of the input disk rotor. The input disk rotor and an output disk rotor are spread in all directions. The input disk rotor is fixed to a frame. The output disk rotor is fixed to the housing. A counter shaft(150) is combined with an end portion of the main shaft. The counter shaft inserts a counter rotor(160) and slides the main shaft from side to side.
