<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness made of dissimilar metals with an excellent water stop property and a simple structure, and a method for manufacturing the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 is constituted by a terminal 3, a coated wire 5 and the like. A metal constituting a conductor of the coated wire 5, and a metal constituting the terminal 3 are different from each other. A conductor wire 25 exposed from a conductor wire coating part 23 insulation-coating the coated wire 5 is crimped to the terminal 3 by a conductor crimping part 13, and the conductor wire coating part 23 is crimped to the terminal 3 by a coated wire crimping part 11. A resin storage part 17 is provided between the conductor wire crimping part 13 and the coated wire crimping part 11 by enlarging a width of the terminal 3 in a width direction of the coated wire 5, and enlarging a depth length of the terminal 3. A surface of the conductor wire 25 exposed from the conductor wire coating part 23 and the conductor wire crimping part 13 are coated with a resin material 7. At the resin storage part 17, an entire outer periphery of the conductor wire coating part 23 is coated with the resin material 7, so as to prevent water from being immersed in a connection part of the terminal 3 and the conductor wire 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
