<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-and-fat composition in which an active component of a water-soluble substance is dissolved in an oil and fat by solubilizing the water-soluble substance insoluble in the oil and fat in the oil and fat without phase separation, without using a special apparatus, without carrying out a special operation, and without blending a large amount of an emulsifier; and to provide a process for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-and-fat composition contains the water-soluble substance, propylene glycol, triacetylene and a 8-22C fatty acid, and does not phase-separate and has the compatibility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
