PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly determine whether demagnetization occurs in permanent magnets of an electric motor.
SOLUTION: When an assumed induction voltage Viest, which is obtained from a motor rotation speed Nm and a predetermined induction voltage coefficient ϕset, is greater than an inter-terminal voltage Vb of a battery and less than or equal to a maximum allowable voltage VHmax (S100-S120), gates of a transistor of an inverter and a transistor of a step-up converter are interrupted (S130). A voltage VH of a capacitor obtained in this state is set as a no-load induction voltage Vinl (S150). A value obtained by subtracting an actual induction voltage coefficient ϕ, which is obtained from the no-load induction voltage Vinl and the motor rotation speed Nm, from the predetermined induction voltage coefficient ϕset is compared to a threshold value ϕref to determine whether demagnetization occurs in permanent magnets of a motor (S160-S190).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
