<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus performing photographing on which an intention of a photographer is reflected as much as possible even if a photographing operation is not performed by the photographer. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a first imaging section photographing a subject; a photographing operation section for performing operation for photographing the subject by the first imaging section; a second imaging section photographing the photographer photographing the subject; a face detecting section detecting a face part of the photographer based on an image acquired in accordance with photographing by the second imaging section; an expression detecting section detecting expression of the photographer based on a detection result of the face part of the photographer by the face detecting section; and a photographing control section determining whether a photographing condition which is set in accordance with the detection result of the expression of the face detecting section when the operation by the photographing operation section is performed is fulfilled or not based on the detection result of the expression detecting section when the operation in the photographing operation section is not performed and performing photographing by the first imaging section when the imaging condition is fulfilled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
