<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion process which prevents an internal conductor from being eccentric with respect to the center of a crosshead core bar. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is an extrusion process for forming an outer layer by supplying a coated wire having an inner layer formed on the outer periphery of an internal conductor to a crosshead having a crosshead core bar so that the outer periphery of the coated wire is extrusion-coated with an outer layer material by means of the crosshead. When the outer periphery of the coated wire is extrusion-coated with the outer layer material, the extrusion is performed in such a manner that a diameter of the coated wire and a diameter of the crosshead core bar are equal to each other. Then, an inner layer material, which is a material of an inner layer, is retained on the inner periphery of the crosshead core bar, thereby fixing the internal conductor at the center of the crosshead core bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
