<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact testing device and method of a conveyor belt for promptly and accurately evaluating impact resistance by repeatedly dropping a weight in a fixed period. <P>SOLUTION: Racks 3a and 3b are provided at each of positions for bisecting peripheral directional length of an annular body 4 to be installed in the vertical direction, rotational drive of the annular body 4 is performed to move a weight 6 upward to a predetermined position at a state that the weight 6 is held at the one rack 3a, the weight 6 is extruded forward to be released from holding of the rack 3a by a holding release member 2c, the weight 6 is freely dropped by making a guide groove 2b extended in the vertical direction on a body frame 2 guide the weight 6, in that case, posture of the weight 6 is corrected in the direction along the guide groove 2b by a posture correction mechanism 7, the weight 6 jumped up by being collided with a specimen CV of a conveyor belt arranged downward is made into a state of being captured and held by the other rack 3b whose rotational drive is performed, the weight 6 is moved upward to the predetermined position, and free drop of the weight 6 is repeated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
