PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently report transmission timing information from a base station device to a mobile station device.

SOLUTION: A base station device allocates multiple cells to mobile station devices. The base station device and each of the mobile station devices perform communication via the multiple cells. The multiple cells are grouped into a first transmission timing group constituted by second cells at an uplink transmission timing being the same as that of a first cell and a second transmission timing group constituted by second cells at an uplink transmission timing being different from the uplink transmission timing of the first cell. The base station device previously transmits transmission timing group information to the mobile station device and transmits a transmission timing message including transmission timing information to the mobile station device via one cell among the multiple cells. The mobile station device applies the transmission timing information to the cells in the transmission timing group, to which the one cell that has received the transmission timing message belongs, based on the transmission timing group information.
