<p>A swivel chair chassis comprises an upper cover (1), a lower cover (2), and a rubber spring disposed in a space formed by the upper and lower covers. The rubber spring comprises a main shaft (3), a rubber layer (4) is fixedly circumferentially disposed on the main shaft (3), and a cylindrical housing (5) fixedly sleeves the rubber layer (4). The cylindrical housing (5) is provided with a connecting lug (6), the connecting lug (6) is connected with one end of a connecting rod (11), and the other end of the connecting rod (11) penetrates the upper cover (1) and is connected to an adjustment knob (12). The chassis of the present invention adopts a rubber spring serving as a core member. Two ends of the main shaft (3) of the rubber spring are connected to a back through the connecting rod, and when a person leans against the back, the back applies a certain force on the main shaft (3) through the connecting rod to drive the main shaft (3) to rotate a certain rotation angle, and the cylindrical housing (5) of the rubber spring is fixed and still, so the rotation of the main shaft (3) enables the rubber layer to generate torque. A larger rotation angle of the main shaft (3) results in larger torque. The torque may drive the main shaft (3) and the back to restore the positions thereof, thereby implementing the adjustment of any angle.</p> |
