STORAGE FACILITY FOR WASTE-DERIVED SOLID FUEL AND STORAGE METHOD THEREFOR

Proposed are a storage facility and a storage method. According to the storage facility and storage method, a waste-derived solid fuel (for example, an RDF or a biomass waste-derived solid fuel), said solid fuel being under physical conditions easily causing the fermentation thereof, can be stored even in a hot-humid environment wherein fermentation would be further accelerated. A waste-derived solid fuel is anaerobically fermented in a fermentation tank (52). A biogas that is evolved by the fermentation is flown into a primary storage tank (53) (a biogas storage tank), then compressed and cooled, and stored in a secondary storage tank (54) (a biogas storage tank). The biogas stored in the secondary storage tank (54) is sent to a boiler (61) in a power generation part (6) and utilized as a fuel or an auxiliary fuel. The fermentation residue of the fuel is dehydrated and reused as a starting material of the fuel.
