The electronic torque wrench (60) has key head (21) to rotate hinge segment (22) to mount strain gauge. A key section (31) has front end (311) fittingly engaged and secured to hinge segment, and rear end (313). Another key section (32) extending from rear end (313) has front and rear ends (321,323). A connecting piece (33) couples key sections so that torque applied on key section (31) is transmitted to key head when key section (32) is rotated. A display unit (40) arranged on mounting sleeve (342) arranged on front end (321) displays torque measured by strain gauge.
