PURPOSE: A method for electronic payment for a fixed amount or a non-fixed amount by a representative member store with a cross payment platform and an escrow function is provided to supply a deposit function for a payment, objectively manage payment details, and enable a registerer to withdraw money paid by a payer on a desired date. CONSTITUTION: A host registerer registers payment information in a management web server of a representative member store. A payment window Internet URL(Uniform Resource Locator) and a QR(Quick Response) code, requested by being registering in a management web server page, are generated. The URL and the QR code are supplied to a payer. The payer pays the amount of money designated by the registerer through a cross payment platform. A payment cancellation function, a payment alteration function, or a payment stoppage function is performed for a fixed period. The paid money is given to the registerer on a date when the registerer wants.
