Provided is a film-shaped externally used drug composition that stably and highly concentratedly contains an amino acid-based medicinal component as the active ingredient, and that efficiently supplies the active ingredient to skin. The film-shaped externally used drug composition is characterized by containing an effective amount of the amino acid-based medicinal component and a film-forming agent. Also, in the film-shaped externally used drug composition, the amino acid-based medicinal component is preferably glycylglycine and/or d-glutamic acid. Also, the film-shaped externally used drug preferably contains 0.01-10 mass% of glycylglycine and/or d-glutamic acid.
