PASTE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANEL FOR FLAT DISPLAY

[Problem] To provide a paste capable of forming a partition wall in which the amount of residual organic matter is small, and a highly reliable flat display panel provided with the partition wall. [Solution] Provided is a paste containing a low-softening-point glass powder having a softening point of 570-620ºC, and an organic component; the paste satisfying the following equations (1)-(3) when, with regard to the low-softening-point glass powder, the silicon oxide content is represented by X(SiO2)(mol%), the boron oxide content is represented by X(B2O3)(mol%), the alkali metal oxide content is represented by X(M2O)(mol%), the alkali earth metal oxide content is represented by X(MO)(mol%), and the zinc oxide content is represented by X(ZnO) (mol%).
