PURPOSE: A multipurpose mat is provided to use a sheet as a sunshade and a tent and to prevent the sheet from fluttering without an additional weight. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose mat comprises a sheet(10), fixing units(20), and fixing pins(30). Each fixing unit is composed of a pipe member and an auxiliary sheet. The pipe members are formed on the top of the sheet. The auxiliary sheet surrounds the pipe member and is fixed to the sheet. Each fixing pin is composed of a head portion, a pin member, and an elastic member. The head portion is exposed to the outside the pipe member. The pin member is received in the pipe member. The top of the elastic member is connected to the head portion, and the bottom is fixed to the pipe member.
