<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working device in which the use temperature area of a press working device is set wider than that of a conventional device, deviation in the position of a working tool to a workpiece caused by the heat of the heated workpiece is suppressed and thereby the deterioration in the working accuracy of the workpiece is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The press working device 10 is a device for working the workpiece W, W1 and includes: a base part 46 which is installed on a slider 40 which is movable vertically and a die 48 which is installed on the base part 46 and for pressing the workpiece W, W1. The base part 46 includes a fixed part 56 which is fixed on the underside of the slider 40 and an extended part 58 which is extended downward from the edge part of the fixed part 56 and is provided with a cutting blade 60 through an insulating member 59 in the inner edge part of the lower end face of the extended part 58.
