<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel that can be prevented from the fall-out of the bottom even if an abnormal temperature rise is generated inside. <P>SOLUTION: The reaction vessel 100 including a cylindrical vessel body 111 causing reaction inside includes a heat insulating material 112 surrounding the outer periphery of the vessel body 111, and a plurality of partition chambers 113a-113d formed between the vessel body 111 and the heat insulating material 112 to partition a space between the vessel body 111 and the heat insulating material 112 into a plurality of spaces in the circumferential and axial directions of the vessel body 111. Spaces H1-H4, formed in the axial direction of the vessel body 111, of the partition chambers 113a-113d adjoining in the circumferential direction of the vessel body 111 are made different from one another to distribute the circumferential temperature of the vessel body 111 in a nonuniform manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
