The present invention relates to a RNA aptamer for a ompC protein in a salmonella tiphimirium strain, and more particularly, to an RNA aptamer that specifically binds to a ompC protein in a salmonella tiphimirium strain, which is useful for detecting salmonella bacilli, a primary cause for food poisoning, etc., by having a base sequence of sequence number 1 or 2, in which the hydroxyl group of uracil (U) and cytosine (C) are substituted with a fluoro group, which can prevent spoiling of food products by specifically binding to and suppressing the activity of salmonella bacilli, and which is useful for preventing and treating a disease selected from a group consisting of colitis, food poisoning, and typhoid diseases. |
