Provided are an aircraft/spacecraft fluid cooling system and an aircraft/spacecraft fluid cooling device in which it is possible to efficiently cool fluid within pipework installed in an aircraft/spacecraft; and to reduce the amount of fluid necessary to cool the fluid. The fluid cooling system (1) is provided with a feed line (6) for feeding the fluid from a storage tank (4) to a pump (8); and a cooling unit (26) for causing a propellant that has passed through the (8) to expand, feeding the propellant to the outer periphery of the feed line (6), cooling the propellant in the feed line (6), and discharging the expanded propellant to the exterior.
