PURPOSE: A sticker image service providing method and a device thereof are provided to add or change an image in contents according to an intention of a user. CONSTITUTION: A sticker service use requesting signal is inputted through an input means of a user terminal(S1). A desired sticker image is selected by a user through the user terminal(S2). A transparent film is formed on a contents screen which is currently outputted in the user terminal(S3). The sticker image included in the sticker service use requesting signal is inserted on the transparent film formed in the user terminal(S4). A size and a form of the selected sticker image are controlled(S5).
