<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost device for opening a paper container which can easily open a paper container, pour out a liquid food smoothly, and besides can be reclosed. <P>SOLUTION: An opening device 6 includes a body part 7 fixed to a top surface 2, enclosing an opening planned part 5 for pouring out a content liquid, a cap 9 for covering the body part 7 via a hinge part 8, and an opening arm 10 for opening the opening planned part 5. The opening arm 10 includes an opening part 11 and an arm 12, and the opening part 11 includes a lid 11a at a cylindrical upper part and opening teeth 11b at a lower end. One end 12a of the arm 12 is coupled in width Q2 with the midsection of the bottom of a rectangular recess made in width Q1 and in length H1 at the lid 11a, and the other end 12b of the arm 12 is coupled rotatably with the midsection 8a of the hinge part 8. A folding link 13 is fixed rotatably to a rectangular recess S provided in the lid 11a and a cap 9, and the folding link 13 is housed in the rectangular recess S with a width of Q3.
