<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a citron black bean beverage improved in flavor through masking of bean flavor peculiar to a black bean water extract, and addition of mild acid taste and mellow aroma. <P>SOLUTION: This citron black bean beverage includes the black bean water extract, and citron fruit juice. The weight ratio of the citron to the black bean is preferably ≥14 times.
