<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and image forming device capable of obtaining a fixed image having no failures even when continuous recording paper is subjected to heat or tension and the end part is deformed. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device comprises: a pre-heating member for preheating unfixed toner transferred on a conveyed continuous recording medium; a heating member for melting and fixing the unfixed toner; heating control means for controlling the surface temperature of the heating member for each area of the end part and the central part in a width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the continuous recording medium; and a pressure member which comes into press contact with the heating member, and performs fixation at a fixing part between the heating member and the pressure member. When the continuous recording medium is passed through the fixing part, the heating control means controls the temperature of the end part of at least one of the heating member surface in a width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the continuous recording medium to be higher than the temperature of the central part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
