MOTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BRUSH HOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which enables high level positioning of a brush.

SOLUTION: A motor includes: a rotary commutator; a brush base; brush holders fixed to the brush base; and brushes housed in the brush holders and contacting with the commutator. Each brush holder includes a pair of side wall parts; an upper wall part; flange parts extending outward from lower ends of the respective side wall parts; and leg parts. The brush base includes multiple brush attachment parts to which the brush holders are individually attached. Each brush attachment part has leg fixing holes and positioning parts. Each leg fixing hole houses the leg part and a tip of the flange part is in contact with the positioning part.
