<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having a humidity sensor the detection accuracy of which is not degraded even with a small load. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker has: a microwave generation means 1; a heating chamber 2 for receiving a load heated by microwave; a fan 3 for sending air into the heating chamber 2; the humidity sensor 4 for measuring the amount of steam in the heating chamber 2; an infrared sensor 5 for contactlessly detecting a temperature of the load; a load determination means 6 for determining the amount of the load in the heating chamber 2 from the temperature of the infrared sensor 5; and a control means 7 for controlling a rotational speed of the fan 3. The control means 7 controls the rotational speed of the fan 3 in conformity with the load determined by the load determination means 6, and changes an air amount to be sent into the heating chamber 2. By this arrangement, the detection accuracy of the humidity sensor 4 can be enhanced even with the small load, and thereby the heating can be stopped without being overheated even with any load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
