<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator capable of power generation least affected by pitching and rolling year-round at sea. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary fan portion is installed in a ship bottom portion, and high pressure sea water spouted from the ship bottom portion is mixed with high pressure air from shipboard and spouted as "jet seawater" directly to the rotary fan portion to unlimitedly use high speed and strong torque as a power generation source.
