<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bevel shape that prevents an arc, wire and beam from penetrating through or running around the rear side even when a route portion has a route gap, and attains high-quality and stable penetration welding. <P>SOLUTION: The bevel shape, having the route portion 4 where the end faces 3 of a pair of welded materials 2 are arranged to opposite to each other in a manner to be butted to each other, is used for penetration welding in which the route portion 4 is welded from a surface facing toward one of the thickness directions T vertical to the butting direction C and a penetration bead is formed on the rear surface 5B facing the other direction thereof. In the route portion 4, the route gap 6 is formed between the end faces 3 facing each other in the butting direction C, one end face 3A of the end faces 3 is formed to gradually incline to the side of the other end face 3B in the butting direction C toward the rear surface 5B from the surface in the thickness direction T, and the one end face 3A is arranged to be an inner bottom face of the route portion 4 through the route gap 6 when the route portion 4 is viewed from the surface side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
