Provided is a method for smooth service conversion to allow Coexistence of networks and devices. According to one disclosed embodiment, the method for conversion between a device, which includes a Coexistence Manager (CM) in a TeleVision Band Device (TVBD) network, and the device's Services, comprises the steps of: transmitting a request for conversion among a TVBD network, a device's TVBD network and the device's Service, from a co-existence manager; and transmitting a response to the request by the co-existence manager from the TVBD network and the device. The management service includes provision of the co-existence manager's measurement results for the TVBD network and the device, and the Services can obtain an information service on neighbor information from the co-existence manager of the TVBD network and device, and the device provides a response that the request has been successfully processed.
