The electrical power module (10) has electronic components (14,16) for electrically coupling the contact elements (20a). A direct copper bonded (DCB) substrate (12) is provided with electrical conductor elements for electrically coupling with contact elements and one side of electrical component. A punched grid (18) is arranged for coupling the contact elements and other side of electronic component.
