The method involves encrypting a cryptographical key on a mobile terminal (2) i.e. iPhone(RTM: Smartphone) by a processor (7) arranged on the terminal after receiving a key request message. The encrypted cryptographical key is transmitted from the terminal to another mobile terminal (1) e.g. notebook, by a communication unit (5). Another cryptographical key on the latter mobile terminal is decrypted by another processor (4) arranged on the latter mobile terminal. Encrypted digital data on the latter terminal is decrypted by the decrypted cryptographical key by the latter processor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising a set of instructions to perform a method for decrypting digital data (2) a computer system.
