<p>A photovoltaic system includes a photovoltaic subassembly (10) which is used to turn the solar energy into power energy, a storage battery set (30) which is used to store up the converted power energy and a control subassembly (20) which is linked between the photovoltaic subassembly and the storage battery set. The control subassembly is used to trace the maximum power point of the photovoltaic subassembly, keep the photovoltaic subassembly working at the maximum power point and compare the output voltage of the photovoltaic subassembly at the maximum power point with the rated charging voltage of the storage battery set. When the output voltage is higher than the rated charging voltage, the output voltage is reduced to the rated charging voltage to charge the storage battery set and when the output voltage is lower than the rated charging voltage, the output voltage is raised to the rated charging voltage to charge the storage battery set. By matching the output voltage of the photovoltaic subassembly and the maximum power with rated charging voltage of the storage battery set and the demand of the charging power, the efficiency of the system is improved.</p> |
