PURPOSE: A device for predicting complex breakdown and a method thereof are provided to predict a change in a state of breakdown of a vehicle caused by complex causes. CONSTITUTION: A data normalizing unit(110) generates a normalizing conversion value by performing normalizing conversion relating a threshold range for a plurality of vehicle network data. A neural network breakdown predicting unit(120) predicts a complex breakdown of a vehicle by using the normalizing conversion value and a multiple artificial neural network model. The neural network breakdown predicting unit generates a neural network breakdown predicting value. A change predicting unit(140) predicts a change for the complex breakdown.
