<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical chip capable of exactly capturing only desired kinds of cells without destroying them, and facilitating observation of the captured cells under a microscope. <P>SOLUTION: The microchemical chip for capturing a specified cell includes a substrate, and a microchannel provided in the substrate. The microchannel has a cell capturing region which has a depth or a width smaller than the size of a cell to be captured, and a dimension capable of sandwiching the cell without destroying it. An antibody producing antigen-antibody reaction with an antigen developed on the surface of the cell to be captured, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof is immobilized on the surface of the cell capturing region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
