PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define a nut screwed to a rod of a clearance piston as two nut parts engaged through a spring member, and to supply grease from a reservoir, allowing stable operation, remote control, and the like, by screwing without shortage of lubrication.
SOLUTION: A clearance pocket of a reciprocating compressor includes the rod (59) provided on the clearance piston (58), which has an male screw (59a) and is held in an irrotational state by a whirl-stop (84); the nut (74) screwed to the male screw (59a); first and second nut parts (75 and 76) forming the nut (74) and biased each other in a reverse direction to be engaged through the spring member (77); and grease reservoirs (100 and 101) provided in either or both of the nut parts (75 and 76). In the clearance pocket, there is no backlash in screw engagement; and, if a fluctuating load acts on the rod (59), the stable operation can be obtained; and a supply of the grease to the male screw (59a) of the rod (59) can be sufficiently performed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
