<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bindless pin insulator for high voltage capable of reliably supporting an electric wire without using a winding bind. <P>SOLUTION: A bindless pin insulator comprises an upper insulator 10, a lower insulator 12 having a recess 12a at a center of a top face, a bolt 14 standing at a center of the recess 12a, and a nut 16 arranged at a center of a lower face of the upper insulator 10. The lower insulator 12 has a U-shaped notch part 12b extending in a radial direction. The bolt 14 has a U-shaped groove part 14a matched with the notch part 12b when the notch part 12b is viewed in the radial direction, and also is provided with a restraining member 18 freely fitted with the notch part 12b. After an electric wire 100 is fitted and inserted in the notch part 12b, the restraining member 18 is freely fitted with the notch part 12b. When the bolt 14 is screwed with the nut 16 to integrate the upper insulator 10 and the lower insulator 12, the restraining member 18 moves downward in connection with a downward movement of the nut 16, and therefore, the electric wire 100 is nipped between a bottom part of the notch part 12b and the restraining member 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
